The 10-day customer trial starts when the first customer-owned site pairs successfully. No card is required. The trial does not convert to a paid plan or charge automatically, and expiry pauses Cloud features without unpairing Edge.

The customer trial and Home include one Cloud site. Pro includes three sites after purchase.

A separate organization workspace for installers and security companies. Its 10-day trial starts with the first sponsored enrollment and includes up to 15 sponsored sites. Partner-sponsored sites do not consume the customer's Home or Pro capacity.

Home, Pro, and Partner are monthly recurring subscriptions purchased through Stripe Checkout. They renew monthly until canceled. A period-end cancellation keeps paid access through the displayed billing-period end date.

Avistio may keep paid Cloud access available for a configured three-day grace period while Stripe payment recovery is in progress. Access pauses when that grace period ends without recovery.

No. Partners do not receive live video, recordings, event media, snapshots, or alarm controls. Before claim they can see bounded commissioning health; after claim, status access is off unless you enable it.

Yes. Local Edge, cameras, recordings, alarm, and configuration remain local.
