Authorized use
Use Avistio Cloud only with sites and recordings you are authorized to access. You remain responsible for your Avistio Edge deployment, its local network, and local recording retention.
Cloud service
Cloud provides remote relay and management functionality for authorized accounts; it is not a generic LAN tunnel. Trial or paid Cloud access ending does not delete site ownership, unpair Edge, or stop local Edge operation.
Free trial
The 10-day local free trial begins when the first eligible site is connected. No payment method is required. The trial does not automatically become a paid subscription, and Avistio does not automatically charge you when it expires.
Paid subscriptions
Home, Pro, and Partner are recurring monthly subscriptions purchased through Stripe Checkout. A paid subscription starts when Checkout confirms the purchase and renews monthly until canceled. Current pricing and included site capacity are shown before Checkout.
Cancellation and failed payments
When Stripe schedules cancellation at the end of a paid billing period, Cloud access continues through the displayed period end. Payment failure may place paid access into a three-day grace period while payment recovery is attempted; access can pause after that grace period if payment is not recovered.
